Government Customer Service Teams Honored


Exemplary service teams from across government received the 15th Annual Government Customer Service Excellence Awards on Wednesday, August 24th at  Digital Government Institute’s 16th annual Government Customer Service and Experience Conference in Washington.


The GCSE Awards have been presented annually since 2002 by the Government Customer Service Community of Practice (“Cgov”) to recognize service teams in the public sector that excel in applying teamwork, technical excellence, and customer focus to deliver highly effective services at the front lines of government.  The top award, Overall Excellence, recognizes integrated application of all three of the foundational elements of service culture in government.
